Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-04-24
Don't Trust ("we", "us") is a free browser-based game. We keep data collection minimal and this policy explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
We collect aggregate, anonymous usage analytics — page views, level completions, and similar in-game events. We do not collect names, email addresses, or any other personal data. We do not use cookies to identify you.
Your in-game progress (levels unlocked, death count, audio preferences) is stored in your browser's local storage. It never leaves your device.
Third-party services
- Plausible Analytics — privacy-focused, cookie-less analytics. Plausible does not use cookies and does not collect personal data. See plausible.io/data-policy.
- GameMonetize — serves video ads inside the game. Ad networks typically read your IP address, device information, and may set advertising cookies. We do not control what GameMonetize or its ad partners collect; see gamemonetize.com/privacy-policy.
Cookies
Don't Trust itself sets no cookies. Third-party ad networks may set cookies to personalize ads. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.
Children
Don't Trust is suitable for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have, please contact us.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. Changes take effect when posted here; the "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent change.
