1. Agreement

By using the Don't Trust website ("the Service") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please don't use the Service.

2. The game is free

Don't Trust is provided free of charge. There are no in-app purchases, no accounts, no subscriptions. The Service may display third-party advertisements to help fund continued development.

3. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall we, our affiliates, or our partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

5. Intellectual property

The game code, design, and copy are owned by Waleed Naeem / Ataraxy Developers. Third-party assets (e.g. sprite sheets from Kenney) remain under their respective licenses; see the project README for attribution. You may not redistribute the game or claim it as your own.

6. Acceptable use

Don't: scrape, reverse-engineer, resell, or wrap the game in a way that removes or obscures its ads; attack the infrastructure; or use the game in a way that violates applicable law.

7. Changes

We may change these terms. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Islamabad, Pakistan.
